What you achieve
On our journey towards cutting-edge and cloud-native applications, you coach our teams and engineers. Taking on different mandates, you work with multiple technology stacks. Using your broad knowledge and skills, you coach our engineers as well as managers. Thanks to you, our engineers are able to design and deliver systems for complex products using cloud platforms. You ensure a smooth integration of application and infrastructure architectures, and you make sure the solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and operability. Acting as a client-facing leader focusing on the cloud and services implementation, you enjoy hands-on engineering and coding sessions with the teams.
Why you succeed
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 3 years of substantial experience with PaaS, IaaS, CaaS, and SaaS
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing container (Docker) solutions on Kubernetes
- Track record of implementing DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automation for complex applications
- Good understanding of and technical expertise in microservices architectures
- Passionate about coaching, training, and problem solving
- Good English, German and French a plus
