What you achieve
Our Radio Network Optimization (RNO) mission is zero failures on the mobile access network and it is an essential function to ensure an outstanding customer experience. As product owner, you lead an Agile Team of highly skilled mobile access engineers by defining the processes, methods, and targets needed to fulfil the RNO mission. You pursue innovation and motivate the team to engage and to achieve ambitious goals. In addition, you identify the strengths of individual team members and adapt their responsibilities accordingly, while creating opportunities to grow their skills and capabilities. You foster interdisciplinary projects and collaborations, and you are able to identify and solve conflicts. Also, you are a good listener with an assertive personality, and you know how important outstanding business content is. Thanks to your extensive experience as a mobile access optimization or planning engineer, you are comfortable to report to your team as at c-level executive.
Why you succeed
- Degree (Uni) in telecommunications engineering or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience as a network optimization or planning Engineer (UMTS, LTE, 5G)
- High mobile network business content awareness
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Leadership and people management skills
- Strategical thinking with a target-driven mindset and a passion for excellence
- Very good English and German
