What you achieve
With your experience as workplace domain engineer, you act as technical referent, provide expertise, guidance and recommendations. You investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues in customer environments, taking measures to automatically prevent reoccurrences.
As the administrator of workplace environments, you are the technical advisor in the workplace management domain. You operate innovative customer environments, leading to a visionary service portfolio. Wherever service architecture design is involved, you are an important part of the presales and offering processes. This is your chance to actively participate in our service development and set new standards for our workplace management strategy.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience within Workplace domain operational and engineering activities, including at least 2 years of centralized configuration systems administration
- Considerable experience in implementing, administrating, configuring, and operating Intune OR SCCM Enterprise environments
- Capacity to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms to prevent or automate the response to reoccurrences
- Extensive functional working and debugging knowledge of Microsoft Windows and main mobile operating systems
- Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of desktop virtualization and thin client technologies
- Happy to work within a team, able to help, inform, and train your co-workers
- Very good German and good English
