What you achieve
Joining a growing team of ServiceNow experts, you are in charge of implementing ServiceNow solutions for our customers and helping them get the most value out of these solutions. Using your passion for ServiceNow and ITSM solutions, you collect customer requirements and meet them by leveraging the OOTB features and capabilities of the platform. As a consultant, you guide and advise the customers on the best approach and best practice. Your in-depth understanding of IT architecture, ITIL, and service management enables you to deliver successful outcomes and maximize the customers' investments. In addition, you are involved in pre-sales activities to support us in enhancing our presence on the market.
Why you succeed
- At least 5 years of experience as a solution/technical consultant implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes
- Experienced at advising customers and promoting ServiceNow Best Practices
- Any ServiceNow or similar certification is a plus
- Pragmatic, team- and customer-oriented personality, used to managing priorities in complex and evolving environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, always ready to learn
- Very good French and English
