Proposal Manager / Team Leader
What you achieve

With your technical background and your ability to structure and write proposals, you take the lead with new customer opportunities. Because you think holistically and target customer loyalty, our customers receive relevant and successful proposals.
You know the IT market and competitors. Sales and engineering teams support your daily activities. You have a proven track record of understanding customers' business and commercial issues, writing proposals, leading bid core teams, working with and influencing C-level executives, and the ability to convincingly demonstrate and present the benefits of our solutions to customers.
As team leader you provide direction, instruction, and guidance to a team of proposal managers to sustain business growth. You also create an environment that encourages trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts.
Why you succeed
- Several years of experience in ICT technology proposals, in particular managed services solutions and infrastructure
- Presales experience is essential
- Contract/Legal/ITIL know-how
- Able to use internal fulfillment and provisioning tools routinely (e.g. SAP)
- Business attitude and sales mindset
- Demonstrable experience in influencing executives and leading teams in a global, multi-stakeholder organization
- Very good proposal writing and presentation skills in English and French
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French, German a plus
