What you achieve
Good performance of an application is key to a good user experience. We are a passionate team working according to the agile mindset. As a member of our team, you contribute to improving the performance of several applications within the Swisscom IT landscape. Our mission is to support large solutions with performance engineering and enabling them to create their own benchmarking as well as verifying the customer experience. Your job is to define and execute testing approaches. Additionally, you leverage your developing skills by collaborating with database administrators, solution architects, and operations. Our team is constantly evolving. We are always open to new ideas and new technologies to improve the user experience.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or related fields
- Experience with performance engineering
- Know-how of performance tools like LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Gatling, or Karate.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium
- Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Familiar with cloud technologies
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German a plus
