IT Workplace Management Supporter
What you achieve
You take on requests that have not been resolved by first-level support remotely or on-site. Performing general IT supporter duties, you create accounts, follow up on procurement, troubleshoot, and escalate other IT-specific issues to other resolver groups. Answering questions and solving problems independently by utilizing a variety of resources, you provide accurate information and professional, timely, courteous service to employees and customers. You support multiple service areas proficiently while maintaining your expertise in IT workplace management. Opening and closing tickets, completing requests, or meeting deadlines are part of your daily routine. If needed, you can broaden your knowledge by assisting in special projects.
Why you succeed
- IT diploma (FCC) and/or related experience
- At least 12 to 18 months of experience as a workplace / service desk supporter
- Skilled at troubleshooting, able to prioritize and multi-task
- Ready to follow detailed instructions and tasks for all assigned areas
- Able to interact with clients, senior management, staff, and vendors
- Team-oriented, fast-learning, initiative, and enthusiastic
- Very good English and French, German a plus
