IT Specialist
What you achieve
In an international work environment, you make sure we provide stable and smooth operations of the whole workplace. You use your rich knowledge of Microsoft Workplace products to deliver a high-quality and highly quantitative service. Joining our on-site team, you make the most of your troubleshooting skills by acting as the main point of contact to your peers from third-level support with whom you closely collaborate. In addition, you help deploy new services to operations, and you train the support chains.
Why you succeed
- IT diploma (FCC) is a plus
- Several years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good functional understanding of Workplace solutions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM, knowledge of ITIL
- IT certification is a plus
- Distinct customer service orientation, very good problem analysis and solving skills, proactive in oral and written communication
- Adaptive and autonomous personality, happy to work in a team, high stress tolerance
- Very good English and either French or German
