Would you like to join us and become a member of Switzerland’s Project Team for the implementation of IKEA’s Global HR System? In an exciting project, Switzerland will implement a new HR IT Landscape, with project start in September/October 2017 and a Go-Live date on January 1, 2019.
The Integration Specialist holds a key position for the successful integration for all systems. You will participate in the entire project implementation, from the blueprint workshops to the final go live and support after go live. You will work closely with a global Integration Specialist partner and the local Swiss team to ensure a successful project.
It will give you great opportunities to learn new skills and enhance your personal development through working in a project group with both local and global team members.
YOUR ASSIGNEMENT
You will:
- Provide functional input to Local System Integration Plan, in accordance with the global strategy
- Coordinate all Local Process Owners, Superusers and Vendors participation in local specification workshops
- Participate in global and local Integration workshops
- Participate in global and local Blueprint workshops
- Organize from a functional perspective, all local integration activities, (specifications, business acceptance test (with support from test manager) and go-live (data cleansing, migration)
- Partner with local Superusers and Global IT to define interface specifications
- Partner with Test Specialist in writing of all local integration test cases
- Partner with Test Specialist in execution of all integration “end to end” testing
- Partner with Local Process Owners to define and document working routines specific to system integrations
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Knowledge of existing system integrations
- Knowledge in IKEA business processes and flows between existing systems a plus
- Basic knowledge of IT processes and working methods
- Ability to handle time pressure and tight deadlines
- Result oriented
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Team player and flexible
- The talent to communicate complex terms in a simple manner.
- Customer-oriented and business-minded.
- Understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models
- Knowledge in general project management processes; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes
