What you achieve
To make sure that our customers receive their service in the quality they need, you find solutions for operational challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security services. Operation and further development of IT security solutions in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) domain are technically and organizationally in your hands. You automate manual and repetitive tasks, create and maintain documentation and reports, and are the point of contact for customers. In addition, you are responsible for change management of the assigned application, including hardware upgrades and software releases. You are also involved in security projects
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/technical college) in computer science or technical diploma (FCC) with basic or advanced training (technical college/UAS)
- Experienced in Windows Engineering, Server and Desktop Edition
- Know-how in Powershell Scripting and experience in automation are a plus
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Scripting) as well as MS Exchange, SMTP, Loadbalancing, and PKI a plus
- Experience or advanced training (ETH/Uni/technical college/UAS) in IT Security a plus
- Highly analytical and conceptual personality, entrepreneurial in thoughts and actions
- Curious self-starter
- Good English, German a plus
